goodbye tochi
It saddens me somehow to read about how tochi was sentenced to death, eventually led to his final moment this morning. Do we really have the authority to condemn someone to his physical death? Even for saddam, yes, part of me wished he served some kind of life imprisonment rather than die for the crime he commited.
One life two choices, to live as a "good" person or a "bad" one. One life but one too many desires...would God look at us and allow one's life to be judged and condemned like saddam or tochi.
tochi might be really innocent, or guilty but that really doesn't matter cuz he's dead now. But he also have the potential to change life and becomes a cornerstone for many, that's a potential for even the worst of sinners.
